小学生数学迁移能力培养现状及对策研究摘要 迁移是指在一个全新的学习过程中对旧知识、旧技能的运用。迁移不单单存在于简单的知识和能力的获取中，而且在情感和态度中学习中也有所体现。因此，就当今小学数学教学目标而言，迁移规律的学习与正确运用就显得尤为重要。小学生数学迁移能力的培养不仅与新课标相吻合，而且能更好地实现素质教育。本文主要采用的研究方法有文献分析法、问卷调查法、统计分析法。首先，笔者通过搜集及阅读大量与迁移有关的文献资料，对于迁移理论的发展历程有了初步的理解，基于此，提出了小学生数学迁移能力培养的意义与内涵；其次，通过问卷调查法，调查研究分析了小学数学教师对于迁移理论的掌握情况和应用情况以及小学生数学迁移能力现状，同时利用问卷星对问卷的内容进行统计分析，结果发现：在教师方面，大多数小学数学教师都觉得在数学教学中运用迁移规律非常有必要，但是，他们对如何提高小学生的数学迁移能力存在疑惑，在学生方面，大部分学生虽然对数学有较大的热情，但是他们的数学学习动机普遍较弱，对学好数学没有信心；最后，在相关文献资料的研究学习和问卷调查结果的分析的基础上，剖析影响小学生数学迁移能力的因素，并且提出具体培养策略：提高学生数学学习的热情，寻找数学知识之间的联系，创造合理的教学情境，有效地指导，提倡合作学习，培养学生坚强的品质。关键词 小学生 数学 迁移能力 对策1A study on the present situation and countermeasures of the cultivation of pupils' mathematical migration abilityAbstract Migration is the use of the former knowledge and the former skills in a brand new process.
