I摘 要小学生课后服务是通过“政府购买服务”“财政补贴”“家长委员会委托”等方式对参与课后服务的学校、教师给予适当补贴，帮助家长解决不能及时接送孩子放学的难题。文章运用文献研究法和调查问卷法，以厦门市同安区有进行课后服务试点的公立小学为研究对象，发放调查问卷了解厦门市同安区课后服务的实施现状。结果表明：大多数家长对课后服务目的和服务时间有错误的了解学校对课后服务工作不够重视，课后服务内容单一、教师的工作压力增大。因此，针对课后服务存在的问题，提出了政府应完善课后服务保障制度、学校应落细落实课后服务工作、家长和学校要明确课后服务目的，提升课后服务质量。关键词：小学生；课后服务；厦门市IIAbstractAfter-school service for primary school students is to give appropriate subsidies to schools and teachers participating in after-school service through "government purchase service", "financial subsidy" and "entrustment of parents' committee" to help parents solve the problem of not being able to transport their children to and from school in time.
