本科论文摘 要目前新形势下的现代民营企业发展迅猛,针对于中小型民营企业发展中存在诸多问题,本文通过问卷调查和深度访谈法,对天津亿联分公司人力资源管理现状进行调查,分析了天津亿联分公司人员供需问题和绩效管理方面存在的问题及原因,提出完善公司人力资源招聘体系、对绩效管理办法进行调整,控制人员流失等应对措施。 通过对天津亿联公司的案例,了解我国中小型民营企业在发展当中人力资源管理所存在的问题;并积极寻求解决措施,以期使中小型民营企业可以在我国目前的经济体制下脱颖而出,才能使得更多的民营企业得到更好的发展,使得整个中国民营经济得到发展壮大。关键字:民营企业,中小型民营企业,人力资源管理本科论文AbstractAt present, modern private enterprises are developing rapidly in the new situation.
