现代居民小区规划创新发展思路摘要：随着我国经济、教育、医疗等领域的不断发展，城市人口日益增多，人均住房面积也面临着迅速上升的趋势。与此同时，由于汽车尾气、城市废气的随意排放造成的雾霾，以及乱砍乱伐导致的环境污染，严重破坏了城市环境，致使居民的幸福感降低。因此，居住小区的环境、舒适性以及周围商业圈的不断完善，成为了人们追求物质生活品质以及精神生活品质的重要环节。随着近几年来人们对于绿色生活空间的关注，在现代城市建设中，已经逐步考虑到小区内部的绿化覆盖率以及周边配套的环境和园林，如何对于居民小区规划创新也成为了建筑设计人员越来越关注的重点。所以对于该课题进行了相关的研究。关键词：居民；小区；规划；创新Abstract: with the continuous development of China's economy, education, medical and other fields, the urban population is increasing, per capita housing area is also facing a rapid rise trend.
