本科论文摘 要公共图书馆是我国的公共文化组织，图书馆通过丰富的馆藏资源为读者阅读提供服务。近年来我们进入了全民推广、全民阅读的新时代，图书馆成为了人们休闲娱乐的新场所。如何改变服务模式，为读者提供多样化的服务是公共图书馆应该思考的一个问题。本论文以济南市图书馆为例，对济南市图书馆的服务模式创新进行了研究。本文通过文献分析以及实地的考察，对济南市图书馆服务模式进行分析，分析济南市图书馆的服务内容并进行总结。分析济南市图书馆存在的问题和原因，然后提出适当的建议。通过本论文的研究结论，为公共图书馆的服务模式创新提供一些建议和新思路，使当代读者能够在新型的服务模式下，更好地去体验图书馆。关键字：公共图书馆，服务模式，创新本科论文AbstractPublic libraries are public service organizations managed and funded by central or local governments. Libraries provide services for readers through abundant collection resources. In recent years, we have entered a new era of universal promotion and universal reading, and libraries have become a new place for people's leisure and entertainment. How to change the service mode and provide diversified services for readers are a problem that public library should consider. Taking Jinan library as an example, this paper studies the service mode innovation of Jinan library. Through literature analysis and field investigation, this paper analyzes the service mode of Jinan library, analyzes the service content of Jinan library and summarizes it. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of Jinan library, and then puts forward some Suggestions.
