中国非营利组织治理机制的现状和展望摘要： 当前非营利组织在整体快速发展和数量剧增的同时，也暴露出了许多潜在的问题，如法律不健全、公信力的缺失、监督不力、内部治理困境，而在此基础上，借鉴西方国家与本国自身发展较好的非营利组织的经验教训，为了解决这些问题，可以采取的措施有加强非营利组织立法、依法公益、加强自身建设、建立和完善自律性与他律性相结合的道德机制、建构和完善信息披露制度、建立约束治理主体的监督机制、完善内部治理结构。将这些措施应用于实际，并结合各组织自身的特点，适当地调整，具体问题具体分析，实现带有自身特点的长久发展。 关键词： 非营利组织 治理 公信力AbstractAt present, non-profit organizations are developing rapidly and the number of non-profit organizations is increasing rapidly. At the same time, many potential problems are also exposed, such as imperfect laws, lack of credibility, ineffective supervision and internal governance difficulties.
