摘 要本研究主要对对宁德师范学院体育专业 78 名和非体育专业 96 名学生抗挫折能力进行调查研究,主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等方法进行研究。调查结果表明:(1)体育专业男生的抗挫折能力得分均值上高于女生但在性别上不存在显著性差异;(2)非体育专业学生抗挫折能力得分均值女生明显高于男生,但总体上处在一个不佳的水平;(3)抗挫折能力得分对比上文科学生高于体育专业及理科学生,但各专业之间不存在显著性差异;(4)体育专业与非体育专业学生抗挫折能力得分与性别具有显著性相关,但与专业无显著性相关。针对以上结果对体育专业学生和非体育专业学生提出以下几点建议:(1)培养坚韧的个性以及良好的意志品质;(2)养成正确的挫折应对方式;(3)组织开展大学生心理健康教育课;(4)鼓励学生参加社会实践活动;(5)建立良好的人际关系。关键词:大学生;抗挫折能力;体育专业;非体育专业Abstract In this study ,78 students majoring in physical education and 96 students majoring in non-physical education in Ningde Normal University were investigated. The results showed that :(1) the average score of male students in sports major was higher than that of female students, but there was no significant difference in gender ;(2) the average score of female students in non-sports major was significantly higher than that of male students, but the average score of female students in general was at a poor level ;(3) the score of anti-frustration ability was higher than that of students in sports major and science students, but there was no difference between majors There were significant differences ;(4) The scores of anti-frustration ability of sports majors and non-sports majors were significantly correlated with gender, but not with major.
