广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文) 体验营销对顾客满意度的影响探究 - 以家乐福为例 The Impact of Experience Marketing on Customer Satisfaction-A Case Study of Carrefour 广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)摘要随着经济和科技的不断发展,市场环境不断变化,竞争日趋白热化及残酷性,同时,人们的生活水平也在逐步提高,消费水平也在迅速提升,越来越多的顾客不再只是追求商品本身以及简单的服务了,而是越来越注重购买时的体验过程以及个性化需求能否能够得到满足。因此,体验需求成为顾客消费的新趋势,体验营销也应运而生。各大超市也积极寻找新的营销策略,而体验营销是目前我国超市行业发展中应当积极采用的一种营销方式。本文以家乐福超市为例,采取调查问卷的方式,探究体验营销对顾客满意度的影响。首先,本文运用文献研究,在前人的基础上了解体验营销的相关理论,阐述体验营销的基本概念;然后通过调查问卷,进行数据分析,得出结论,并根据结论,结合家乐福超市的自身特点,进行营销建议;最后对本次调查研究的不足以及未来研究方向进行说明。关键词:体验营销 顾客满意度 家乐福超市广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractWith the continuous development of economy and science and technology, the market environment is constantly changing, and competition is becoming increasingly white-hot and cruel.
