教师职业道德失范现象对当今的教育事业发展具有极大的影响，为研究教师职业道德失范的现状以便于提出解决措施，此次采用文献调查法和问卷调查法相结合的方式，对社会不同群体进行调查，分别从多角度去分析现状及对策研究，教师职业道德其他分析等基础的五大方面进行分析，调查总共分为文献调查、问卷发放、数据分析、论文撰写四个阶段。结论：教师职业道德失范现象在我国发生频率较高，教师职业道德失范现象影响学生身心发展，期间存在诸多问题阻碍教育事业的发展，因而需要采取相关对策应对教师职业道德失范现象，以促进我国教师职业道德建设。关键词：教师职业道德，失范，对策AbstractTeachers' professional moral anomie phenomenon has a great influence on today's education development, to study the current situation of teachers' professional moral anomie for solving measures are put forward, and the literature survey method and the way of questionnaire survey method, to investigate the different social groups, respectively from the multiple perspectives to analyze current situation and countermeasure research, analysis of teachers' professional ethics other five aspects carries on the analysis of survey is divided into a total distribution of literature investigation, questionnaire, data analysis, the thesis writing four stages.
