I摘 要教育惩罚是小学校园中常用的以维护学生身心健康发展的教育方法。随着教育的发展,教育惩罚被重新定义。采用访谈法,选取小学三、四、五年级 20 名小学生和 7 名不同教学年龄、不同学科、不同职称的教师作为样本,对小学教育中的教育惩罚进行研究。研究表明,教育惩罚在教学运用中出现了一些问题:教师和学生对教育惩罚的定义理解不透彻,教师对教育惩罚存在消极态度,学生对教育惩罚的排斥,教师教育惩罚实施不当,教育惩罚无法达到预期效果。通过教师的主体能动对策和家长的协助对策,提出针对性建议,希望能对小学教育惩罚工作的顺利进行做出贡献。关键词:小学教育;教育惩罚;教育惩罚对策IIAbstractEducational punishment is a common method in primary schools to maintain students' physical and mental development. With the development of education, educational punishment is redefined. Using the interview method, 20 primary school students of grade 3, grade 4 and grade 5 and 7 teachers of different teaching ages, disciplines and professional titles were selected as samples to study the educational punishment in primary education. Research shows that there are some problems in the use of educational punishment: teachers and students do not fully understand the definition of educational punishment, teachers have a negative attitude towards it, students reject it, teachers' improper implementation of educational punishment, and educational punishment cannot achieve the expected effect.
