北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文新型城镇化背景下装配式建筑发展研究摘 要随着新型城镇化建设的不断推进，建筑作为城市建设的硬性条件，建筑业的可持发展将会直接影响到新型城镇化的发展。传统式的建造方式已经不适合新型城镇化的 建设要求，建筑业的传统式建造方式急需改革。论文新型城镇化的角度出发，明确传统建造方式已经不适合如今的大环境，拟解决装配式建筑推行受阻及建筑业的劳动力缺失问题，通过对国内外装配式建筑的发展历程、装配式建筑的成本构成及建筑业的劳动力情况进行概述分析，从政府、社会和企业三方面提供建议措施，为装配式建筑的可持续健康发展提供有力保障，也保障城镇化建设稳定发展。关键词：新型城镇化；装配式建筑；成本控制；劳动力I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the development of new urbanization, the sustainable development of construction industry will directly affect the development of new urbanization. The traditional construction mode is not suitable for the new urbanization, construction requirements, the traditional construction mode of the construction industry is in urgent need of reform.
