幼儿同伴冲突的类型以及教师介入策略研究摘要 幼儿园中，幼儿同伴之间发生冲突十分常见，给幼儿们尝试自己协调解决的机会是如今的教育理念所提倡的，然而幼儿的能力毕竟有限，再加上他们本身在该阶段缺乏丰富的社会经验，仅凭自己很难解决问题。因此，当幼儿难以自己解决冲突时，教师们有策略的介入幼儿同伴冲突是十分有必要的。本文主要通过文献法、观察记录法、问卷调查法三种研究方式展开研究。着重探究幼儿同伴冲突的类型。可以将幼儿同伴冲突概括为六种类型：资源占有引发的冲突、规则维护引发的冲突、肢体碰撞引发的冲突、自我中心引发的冲突、争夺教师关注引发的冲突以及预支配他人引发的冲突。并从三个角度提出了教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的策略：把握介入的时机、选择介入的方式以及注意教师介入的态度和情绪。本文对幼儿教师在教育活动中解决幼儿同伴冲突时十分有帮助，具有实践意义。关键词 幼儿 幼儿同伴冲突 教师介入策略Study on the Types of Children’s Peer Conflict and the Intervention Strategies of TeachersAbstract In kindergartens, conflicts among children’s partners are very common. It is advocated by the current educational philosophy to give children the opportunity to try to solve the problems by themselves. However, children’s abilities are limited after all, and they lack rich social experience in this stage, so it is difficult to solve the problems by themselves. Therefore, when it is difficult for children to solve conflicts by themselves, it is very necessary for teachers to intervene children’s peer conflicts strategically.This paper mainly carries out the research through three research methods: literature method, observation and record method and questionnaire survey method.
