The lyrics are selected from "a cut of plum, a red lotus root, a fragrance, and a jade mat in autumn". The whole song expresses the poet's feelings of missing his husband. Ancient poetry is the representative of our country's extensive and profound culture. Since ancient poetry and songs came into being, they are indispensable and important genres in vocal music works. Therefore, we should pay more attention to ancient poetry and songs. Chinese classical poetry and songs have been widely concerned by scholars and singers. We should think about how Chinese ancient poems and songs can make more people like them. In this paper, the "Moon Man West Tower" as an example, the background of the song, the mood of the lyrics and singing processing were analyzed in detail.
