摘 要国内外敬业度的概念界定和研究一般都是由企业员工为主，再逐渐发展成各个不同职业敬业度的分支。教师敬业度也是分支之一。教师敬业度在教学活动中有重要影响，深入研究我国小学教师敬业度，分析其影响因素，有利于提升教师敬业度，提高教学活动的质量和效率，对于学校管理层更有重要参考意义。本研究通过问卷调查的方式，以随机抽取的小学教师为对象，对福建省福州市和宁德市两地的小学一线在职教师的敬业度进行研究。研究的结果表明：（1）目前教师的社会地位较高，故教师敬业度的状况尚可，得分处在中上水平。（2）教师敬业度在性别方面存在显著差异，总体看来男性教师的敬业度比女性教师敬业度略高，这源于传统的社会分工差异。（3）教师敬业度在不同的维度上都有所差异，教师的敬业度可以体现在不同方面。鉴于此，我们提出：学校可以通过丰富的团队建设活动为教师营造良好的工作氛围；增加教师的工作机会，归还教师专业自主权；督促教师提高自身修养，增强责任意识。以上三种方法有利于小学教师的敬业度水平的提高。关键词：小学教师；教师敬业度；影响因素ⅠAbstractThe concept definition and research of domestic and international engagement are generally dominated by employees, and then gradually developed into branches of different professional engagement.
