1幼儿教师阅读现状调查研究——以宿迁市某幼儿园为例摘要 随着科技的发展,越来越多的碎片化信息围绕着我们,如何全面系统的汲取知识是我们关注的重点。阅读作为一种学习方式,可以帮助我们从书籍中获得知识、提升素养与能力。教师职业的专业性与幼儿教师教育对象的特殊性都要求幼儿教师重视阅读,促进幼儿教师知识储备的增加、综合素养的提升以及幼儿教师专业水平和教学水平的提升。本课题研究运用问卷法再结合访谈法对宿迁市某一所幼儿园的幼儿教师进行调查,分析研究发现在该所幼儿园里的幼儿教师都具有阅读的意识。但也存在阅读量少、阅读面较窄、阅读方式随意、缺乏良好阅读习惯等方面的问题。本研究将总结幼儿教师阅读问题出现的原因并从幼儿教师角度和幼儿园角度提出利用碎片化时间阅读、丰富阅读内容、养成良好的阅读方法与习惯、加强图书室建设及营造良好阅读氛围等改善幼儿教师阅读的建议,促进幼儿教师阅读。关键词 幼儿教师 阅读 现状调查2A Study for a Kindergarten in Suqian City:The Present Situation of Preschool Teachers’ ReadingAbstract With the development of science and technology,more and more fragmented information around us,so how to learn knowledge comprehensively and systematically is our focus.Reading as a way of learning can help us to acquire knowledge from books,and improve our literacy and ability.Due to the professionalism of teaching profession and the particularity of preschool teachers’ educational targets,preschool teachers need to pay attention to reading so that the knowledge reserve of preschool teachers can be increased,the comprehensive literacy of preschool teachers can be improved,and the professional level and the level of education and teaching also can be improved.
