PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIV摘 要随着我国教育事业的不断深化改革,学前教育较之前有了巨大飞跃,对幼儿教师专业技能和综合素质也有了更高的标准,为了更好地适应学前教育的发展趋势,需要切实提高幼儿教师的岗位能力。幼儿园歌曲弹唱技能是每一名合格的幼儿园教师所必须具备的基本岗位技能之一,是幼儿音乐教育活动过程中经常使用的一种教学手段和方法。但在现实工作中一些幼儿教师的专业弹唱教学能力不足,对教学质量和效率产生了负面影响。笔者总结了教师弹唱能力在理论基础、练习时间以及弹唱课程内容和教学方法、教师的专业性方面等问题。并进一步探究其原因,根据其影响因素和存在问题提出教师要学习弹唱相关理论,提高自己的反思能力、拓宽自己的视野,强化对作品领悟;幼儿园要以教师问题为导向,针对性解决问题,帮助幼儿教师制定弹唱练习计划,创新弹唱教学方法,积极的丰富弹唱曲目和内容、重视幼儿教师的专业性等对策。关键词:学前教育;幼儿教师;弹唱能力 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIVAbstractWith the continuous deepening of reform in education in China, in recent years, preschool education has achieved greater development, and kindergarten teachers are asked to meet higher requirements for professional skills and comprehensive qualities .
