摘 要 本文以大班幼儿角色游戏为视角探索分享行为的特点与发展策略。运用了自然观察法、访谈法、案例分析法等方法探索分析大班幼儿在角色游戏中的分享行为特点。得到的角色游戏中幼儿分享行为特点有：女孩更易发起分享行为；准备阶段中非物质分享行为得到更多应用；角色游戏中言行结合策略更多被应用；分享行为反馈结果中分享对象大多为愿意接受。总结的策略有：教师强化幼儿的分享意识；强调分享的榜样作用；投放材料以幼儿为中心；转变区域活动干预方式；游戏结束进行反思和评价；在家庭中强化分享意识；家庭和幼儿园互动达成教育共识；鼓励内向幼儿游戏等策略。关键词：角色游戏；大班幼儿；分享行为；特点；策略IAbstractThis article explores the characteristics and development strategies of sharing behavior from the perspective of large-scale children's role games.
