I幼儿家长参与家园合作的现状调查研究——以宿迁市幼儿园为例摘要 如今,幼儿教育改革的进程正在逐步加快,家长作为主要教育主体之一,越来越重视与幼儿园的合作,同时,幼儿园也正在不断丰富家长参与家园合作的形式、内容。那么在目前的实际生活中,家长参与家园合作的现状究竟是怎样的呢?家长在参与家园合作的过程中,可能会受哪些因素的影响呢?这些问题的研究对促进家长参与家园合作有着十分重要的实践意义。本文主要采用了问卷调查的研究方法,对收集到的数据进行整理后发现家长参与家园合作的积极性正在逐步提高、家长也越来越重视并认可家园合作,教师与幼儿园也在为促进家园合作而不断努力,但仍存在一些因素在影响着家园合作的开展。结合见习经历以及调查对象提供的数据进行分析,发现其可能的原因主要有:家长与教师的沟通交流存在问题、教师引导性角色的定位缺失、幼儿园工作管理方面的不足,并针对可能的影响因素在促进沟通交流、提倡双向式互动、树立正确的家园合作观念等方面提出了相应的建议。关键词 家长参与 家园合作 IIA survey of the Current Situation of Parental Involvement in Home Collaboration——A case study of S Kindergarten in Suqian CityAbstract Nowadays, the process of preschool education reform is gradually accelerating.
