瑞舒伐他汀钙片药物临床应用及疗效摘 要目的：随着社会的发展，生活水平的不断提高，不良的生活习惯，高脂血症成为了现在中老年人的高发病症，并且逐渐年轻化，高脂血症是由于脂肪代谢异常引起血中总胆固醇/三酰甘油过高或高密度脂蛋白胆固醇过低所致血脂异常，高脂血症引起的动脉粥样硬化，从而导致高血压，冠心病，脑卒中，并且具有糖尿病密切相关，这些疾病均存在发病率高，危害大的特点，是威胁中老年人健康的主要原因，给社会和家庭带来了严重的思想负担和经济压力。方法：高脂血症的治疗主要还是依靠药物治疗，降血脂药物作为目前药物研发的活跃领域，已经取得了较为显著地成绩，本文将对瑞舒伐他汀钙片药物的应用状况做一综述。结果：有效的降低总胆固醇（TC）和低密度脂蛋白（LDL）降低三酰甘油（TG）结论：本品能适用于大多数患者，能相对安全的作用于无禁忌症的人群。关键词：瑞舒伐他汀钙片；降低总胆固醇；药物临床应用；疗效 Preparation and Studies on Indapamide Dropping PillsABSTRACTObjectives: Hypertension, a worldwide common disease，which is also have a great increase in CHINA,with the development of the living standard.
