1摘要随着 2014 年“核心素养”一词的提出,教育界对幼儿园幼儿的关键能力的培养问题越来越重视。本文通过收集专家学者有关关键能力的评价理论,将学前幼儿的关键能力细化为阅读、思考和表达三大类,并以此为评价标准对宁德市机关幼儿园的大三班幼儿的关键能力进行分析,探寻该园中的幼儿关键能力的影响因素。本研究采用白描和图表法等多种方法,对学前幼儿在不同活动中的表现进行分析,发现目前幼儿关键能力的培养中存在的发展不均衡、能力达不到正常水平等各方面的问题。在分析这些问题时提出解决问题的办法,并开展活动进行验证,检验方法有效性,从而得出改良关键能力培养方式的各类措施,以达到完善幼儿教育中关键能力健全发展的目的。关键词:幼儿园;大班;关键能力2AbstractWith the proposal of the term "core literacy" in 2014, the education community has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of kindergarten children's key abilities. By collecting the evaluation theories of experts and scholars about the key abilities, this paper divides the key abilities of preschool children into three categories: reading, thinking and expression, and then analyzes the key abilities of the third class children in Ningde Municipal Government kindergartens based on the evaluation criteria to explore the influencing factors of the key abilities of the children in the kindergartens. In this study, we use many methods such as white drawing and chart method to analyze preschool children's performance in different activities. We find that there are many problems in the cultivation of children's key abilities, such as unbalanced development, ability not reaching the normal level and so on.
