新入职幼儿教师职业认同状况的调查研究 -以无锡市 YJ 镇幼儿园为例摘要 幼儿教师职业认同是幼儿教育很关注的一个话题,它代表了教师的价值观、归属感和工作态度,体现一个教师的专业发展的程度。以 YJ 镇的幼儿园为例,通过问卷调查、访谈的研究方法来发现,新入职幼儿教师职业认同的现状是女幼儿教师职业认同稍高于男幼儿教师,月收入越高职业认同也会相对高一些,师范生的职业认同会比非师范生高,但整体认同度不高。主要问题是男幼儿教师职业认同偏低、收入低的认同度偏低、非师范生认同度偏低。。为此政府应该适当提高幼儿教师的经济和社会地位,幼儿园要多给新入职幼儿教师机会以此来重视他们,教师本身也应该正确做好生涯规划通过这些举措来提高新入职幼儿教师的职业认同。关键词 新入职幼儿教师 职业认同 职业价值 Investigation and Research on Professional Identity of Newly-recruited Preschool Teachers——Take the kindergarten in YJ Town of Wuxi City as an exampleAbstract Professional identity of preschool teachers is a topic that preschool education pays close attention to.
