I小班幼儿生活自理能力的培养策略摘要 生活自理能力是小班幼儿作为一个独立个体所需具备的基本能力之一,对其适应集体生活、发展独立性和社会性具有重大意义。本研究从三个方面(如厕、进餐和午睡)来探究小班幼儿生活自理能力的培养策略,通过研习时的观察和面向家长的问卷调查进一步分析小班幼儿如厕的刺激因素和情绪状态,进餐时使用勺子、独立进餐和餐后行为的情况,午睡时的睡姿、环境与自己穿脱衣物能力等的情况,发现其生活自理能力培养过程中存在的问题,并分析问题产生的原因,最后从提高小班幼儿生活自理积极性提高幼儿教师能力培养的素质和改善家庭教育环境三个方面分别给出相应的对策与建议通过多方共同努力促进小班幼儿生活自理能力的养成。关键词 小班幼儿 生活自理 能力培养IIIStrategies of cultivating children's self-care ability in small classesAbstract The ability of self-care is one of the basic abilities that small-class children need as an independent individual,which is of great significance for them to adapt to the collective life ,develop independence and sociality.This study has a preliminary understanding of the status quo of the cultivation of self-care ability of children aged 3-4 years old from three aspects of toilet-training, meal-training and nap training.Through observation during study and questionnaire survey for parents, we further analyzed the stimulus factors and emotional state of children aged 3-4 years old when they went to the toilet, and the use of spoons, independent eating and postprandial behavior, napping posture, the environment and their ability to wear clothes on their own, and so on.Then,find out the problems in training children's self-care ability and the causes of the problems.At last but not least, this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: improving the enthusiasm of children's self-care in classes, improving the quality of teachers' ability training, a...
