北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计西坑尾垃圾填埋场 C 区填埋气体导排系统设计西坑尾垃圾填埋场 C 区填埋气体导排系统设计摘 要本次设计是对于现实存在的垃圾填埋场进行设计,在垃圾稳定化过程中,会不断排放填埋气体,它是一种极其危险的易燃易爆气体,假若没有通过有效的方式进行导排容易发生重大危险事故,因此需要有填埋气体导排系统有效排出这些气体。首先通过计算了解到填埋场的基本概况和逐年垃圾量大小,计算填埋气体的产生量,设计导气井、管道布置和各单元设备,使本设计能够符合《生活垃圾填埋场控制标准》(GB 16889-2008),并且制定相应的日常监测计划,判断能否对填埋气体进行回收利用,完成相关的图纸绘制。关键词:垃圾填埋场;沼气产量计算;气体利用;气体收集北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计The Design of LFG Collection-Diversion System in Zone C of Xin Kengwei LandfillAbstractThis design is based on a landfill in reality. Landfill gas (LFG). In the development of refuse stabilization, LFG, which is destructive, flammable and explosive, is constantly released. It will result a destructive accident if LFG isn’t released in a proper way. In this design, first of all, we need to learn about the basic situation of the landfill and qualities of garbage to calculate the production of LFG. Then design extraction wells, piping layout and the main units to make sure to accord with Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid (GB 16889-2008). Third, make landfill daily monitoring method. Four, we are supposed to judge whether the gas from the landfill can be utilized or not.
