北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计小型医院废水固废处理工艺设计——固废处理小型医院废水固废处理工艺设计——固废处理摘 要基于医院产生的废物不同于其他废物,处置医疗废物的方法也和一般的废物有所区别。本设计将使用高温蒸汽灭菌和热解焚烧的方式来处理医疗废物,设计相应的工艺条件,妥当处理医疗废物。设计中高温蒸汽灭菌工艺和热解焚烧工艺条件是处理温度为 134℃,压力为 220kPa,消毒持续时间为 45 分钟,杀菌室内预真空形式抽真空度一般不宜低于 0.09MPa,灭菌率可达 99.9999%;热解焚烧工艺条件是一燃室温度为500~600℃,二燃室温度为 870~1150℃,设计停留时间应为 3s,有毒有害物质的分解破坏率>99.99%。关键词:医疗废物;热解焚烧技术;高温蒸汽灭菌技术;固废处理设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Solid waste treatment and wastewater process design of small hospital -- solid waste treatmentAbstractBased on the fact that hospital waste is different from other wastes, the treatment of clinical waste is also different from general waste.
