北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计小型医院废水固废处理工艺设计——固废处理小型医院废水固废处理工艺设计——固废处理摘 要基于医院产生的废物不同于其他废物，处置医疗废物的方法也和一般的废物有所区别。本设计将使用高温蒸汽灭菌和热解焚烧的方式来处理医疗废物，设计相应的工艺条件，妥当处理医疗废物。设计中高温蒸汽灭菌工艺和热解焚烧工艺条件是处理温度为 134℃，压力为 220kPa，消毒持续时间为 45 分钟，杀菌室内预真空形式抽真空度一般不宜低于 0.09MPa，灭菌率可达 99.9999%；热解焚烧工艺条件是一燃室温度为500~600℃，二燃室温度为 870~1150℃，设计停留时间应为 3s，有毒有害物质的分解破坏率＞99.99%。关键词：医疗废物；热解焚烧技术；高温蒸汽灭菌技术；固废处理设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Solid waste treatment and wastewater process design of small hospital -- solid waste treatmentAbstractBased on the fact that hospital waste is different from other wastes, the treatment of clinical waste is also different from general waste.
