中 文 题 目：新农村建设中村庄规划存在的问题分析——以平安区三合镇为例摘 要2018 年 4 月，青海省人民政府成立乡村振兴战略规划编制组，面对不同的乡村格局，按照乡村振兴的五大要求，精准且因地制宜的打造高原乡村振兴的示范。迄今两年时间内，一部分先行的战略示范乡镇在乡村规划的指导下有序发展：通过科学的规划，改变了原有的缺点，进一步保证土地利用的节约集约，完善了乡村各部的功能和机制，在保护农村特色生态文明的基础上实现人类与自然相辅相成、和谐发展的重大目标。在村庄规划初显成效的背景下，编制出一份合理科学的村庄规划对于未来建设和管理乡村具有十分重要的指导意义，一个村庄的前途很大程度上取决于村庄规划的好坏，而未来农村的发展方向也与村庄规划息息相关。可以说，村庄规划决定着农村经济的发展，所以在编制规划时也会出现很多的问题，如何发现这些细节，并及时的进行修改也是一个难题。本文通过实地调研、查阅文献等方式，结合青海省海东市三合镇的村庄现状、发展的预期以及村庄规划的编制效果，认真分析了在编制规划时出现的问题，并对总结的几点细节给出了适当的建议性策略，相信这对接下来长期的乡村规划会起到很好的借鉴。关键词：村庄规划；新农村建设；乡村规划设计；三合镇AbstractIn April 2018, the people's Government of Qinghai Province set up a Rural Revitalization strategic planning team.
