北京理工大学珠海学院 2019 届本科生毕业论文制度保障、心理因素对城镇老年人劳动参与的影响摘 要引用中国综合社会调查 2015 年度调查数据，运用描述性分析、因子分析及二元罗吉斯蒂（Logistic）回归分析模型等方法研究制度保障、心理因素对城镇老年人劳动参与的影响。研究发现，城镇老年人参与的社会保障项目数越多、家庭收入越高以及老年人对社会态度的感知越积极正面，做出参与劳动的自我决定的可能性就越高。因此，完善社会保障制度体系，构建相对积极、正面、公平的社会氛围，能提高老年人的劳动积极性、降低子女养老压力、缓解我国劳动力供给不足问题。关键词：制度保障；家庭收入；心理因素；城镇老年人劳动参与北京理工大学珠海学院 2019 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn this paper, the data of the 2015 Chinese comprehensive social survey were quoted to extract the data of the elderly in cities and towns. Descriptive analysis, factor analysis and binary Logistic regression model were used in a study that how the system safety and psychological factors effect on labor participation rate of urban elderly. It is found that the more social security projects the elderly participate in, the higher their family income status and the more positive their perception of social attitude are, the more likely they are to make self-determination to participate in labor.
