摘 要本试验主要研究虎尾藓在高温胁迫下的各种生理生化指标的变化。将虎尾藓作为实验材料,利用烘箱营造高温环境,对虎尾藓在 60℃高温胁迫下的分别处理 4h、8h、12h、24 h、36 h、48 h、72 h、96h 和 144 h 进行取材,并测定植株体内的可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性蛋白质含量,脯氨酸含量,过氧化物酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性等生理变化。研究结果如下:虎尾藓在遭到相同高温胁迫不同时间段时,虎尾藓体中脯氨酸含量随着胁迫时间的延长是先减少后增多又减少的,可溶性糖的含量是随着时间先升后降的,可溶性蛋白质的含量是随着先减少后增多的、丙二醛含量是随着时间先上升后下降在上升的,过氧化物酶的活性是先上升再下降,并且一直高于对照组,过氧化氢酶的活性随着时间是不断波动,但一直低于对照组。从植物生理反应的角度来说,本次研究结果为研究虎尾藓耐高温机制提供了有用的理论依据,为苔藓植物耐热性研究提供了参考,为丰富高温地区的植被提供帮助。AbstractThis experiment mainly studied the changes of various physiological and biochemical indexes of tigertail mites under high temperature stress.Using tiger scorpion as experimental material, the oven was used to create a high temperature environment, and the scorpion mites were treated under high temperature stress of 60 °C for 4h, 8h, 12h, 24h, 36h, 48h, 72h, 96h and 144h. The physiological changes of soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde content and soluble protein content, proline content, peroxidase activity and catalase activity were determined.The research results are as follows:When the tiger scorpion was exposed to the same high temperature stress for different time periods, the proline content in the scorpion scorpion decreased first and then decreased with the prolongation of stress time.
