人员排班问题摘要 在各类工厂、餐馆亦或者学校中,合理安排好人员排班问题可以减少成本且提高收益。因而,在餐馆进行人员排班时,每时段的人流量、班次和成本都是需要考虑的因素,线性规划模型则是求解得出最优人员排班安排较好的方案。本篇文章旨在聘用最少的兼职员工和使用最小的成本以满足每时段所需人数来完成每日的工作任务等进行讨论,并建立对应的线性规划模型来分析以实现成本最低化[1],同时运用 lingo 软件来求解该模型并通过灵敏度分析分析其最优化和其在某些资源变化时对该模型所产生的影响并找出求其最优的排班方式。关键词 人员排班 lingo 软件 线性规划 灵敏度分析 Personnel scheduling issuesAbstract In all kinds of factories, restaurants or schools, the reasonable arrangement of personnel scheduling can reduce costs and increase profits. Therefore, when scheduling staff in a restaurant, the flow of people, shifts, and costs in each period are factors that need to be considered, and the linear programming model is a solution to obtain a better plan for optimal staff scheduling.
