本科论文摘 要本次研究在对工作绩效的定义与维度以及员工薪酬满意度进行阐述后,以任务绩效和福利水平满意度为出发点,引入情感承诺变量,以顺丰的基层快递员工为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集论文数据,研究三者间的关系。本次研究提出情感承诺能够明显提高任务绩效、福利水平满意度能够直接影响情感承诺、福利水平满意度能够对任务绩效产生直接影响三个层面的假设。运用 SPSS22.0 软件对数据进行信度检验、相关分析以及回归分析,得出的结论如下:福利水平满意度对任务绩效有明显的正向影响、情感承诺对任务绩效有明显的正向影响以及福利水平满意度对情感承诺有明显的正向影响。关键字:薪酬满意度,福利水平满意度,工作绩效,任务绩效,情感承诺AbstractAfter elaborating the definition and dimension of job performance and the satisfaction of employees' salary, this study starts from the satisfaction of task performance and welfare level, introduces the variable of emotional commitment, and takes the basic express employees of Shunfeng as the research object, collects the paper data through questionnaire survey, and studies the relationship between the three. This study proposes three hypotheses: emotional commitment can significantly improve task performance, welfare level satisfaction can directly affect emotional commitment, and welfare level satisfaction can directly affect task performance. Spss22.0 software was used to test the reliability, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data.
