1摘 要随着中国经济的持续发展，中小企业在经济发展的道路上占据重要的地位，不仅对社会的进步起到了稳定的作用，还能对国民经济的发展提供一定的基础，但因中小企业的小规模制度不够健全导致中小企业在存货方面出现了严重的问题，存货在一定程度上反映了企业的资金流动情况，过多的存货积压会导致企业的资金链断裂，达到一定程度就会使企业倒闭，这其中的原因有很多，比如管理者不重视，从而缺乏科学的管理体系，没有合理的制度去规范公司各个方面的管理。本文以 S 公司为研究对象，通过分析 S 公司的存货管理现状，对其存货管理方面存在的问题进行研究，从管理人员、管理制度等角度出发，进而提出了有效的解决策略。关键词：中小企业；存货管理；制造企业；问题；解决方案2AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy, SMEs occupy an important position on the road of economic development, which not only plays a role in stabilizing social progress, but also provides a certain foundation for the development of the national economy.
