组织行为学基本理论在企业人力资源管理中的应用研究 摘要:时代的发展,为各个企业带来了更多的机遇,与此同时也加剧了市场的竞争,迫使各个企业同时需要面临更多的挑战。每一个企业中的人力资源对于企业来讲有着至关重要的意义,完成好人力资源管理方面的任务,有利于辅助本企业从根本上解决企业内部的诸多问题从而实现人力资源管理的价值。本文通过上海威泽尔机械设备制造有限公司机械设计与制造技术型岗位人力资源状况进行分析,结合组织行为学的基本理论,提出针对性改善建议。关键词:激励理论;强化理论;期望理论;人力资源管理Abstract: the development of The Times has brought more opportunities to various enterprises, which has also intensified the competition of the market, forcing enterprises to face more challenges at the same time.
