北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文自尊对工作退缩行为的影响——以消极情绪为中介变量二〇二〇年五月 摘 要本研究以自尊为自变量，工作退缩行为为因变量，并以消极情绪为中介变量，探究在消极情绪影响下，自尊对车间员工工作退缩行为的影响作用，及检验消极情绪在三者关系间的中介作用。研究通过问卷调查形式，以佛山市顺德区J、H电子配件加工制造企业的车间员工（车间作业、车间质检、车间管理三大类工种）为对象收集数据，剔除无效样本后共合计有效问卷732份。在统计阶段，利用SPSS.26.0软件进行数据预处理、信效度检验描述统计、相关性分析、回归分析及Bootstrap检验，得出以下结论：1.自尊对工作退缩行为（工作心理退缩、工作行为退缩）具有显著的负向影响作用；2.自尊对消极情绪具有显著的负向影响作用；3.消极情绪对工作退缩行为（工作心理退缩、工作行为退缩）具有显著的正向影响作用；4.消极情绪在自尊与工作退缩行为之间起部分中介作用。关键词：自尊；消极情绪；工作退缩行为；工厂车间员工I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractThis study takes self-esteem as an independent variable, job withdrawal behavior as a dependent variable, and negative emotion as an intermediary variable to explore the influence of self-esteem on job withdrawal behavior under the influence of negative emotion. And through the same time,the mediating effect of negative emotion between self-esteem and job withdrawal behavior will be further examined.
