北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文自尊对工作退缩行为的影响——以消极情绪为中介变量二〇二〇年五月 摘 要本研究以自尊为自变量,工作退缩行为为因变量,并以消极情绪为中介变量,探究在消极情绪影响下,自尊对车间员工工作退缩行为的影响作用,及检验消极情绪在三者关系间的中介作用。研究通过问卷调查形式,以佛山市顺德区J、H电子配件加工制造企业的车间员工(车间作业、车间质检、车间管理三大类工种)为对象收集数据,剔除无效样本后共合计有效问卷732份。在统计阶段,利用SPSS.26.0软件进行数据预处理、信效度检验描述统计、相关性分析、回归分析及Bootstrap检验,得出以下结论:1.自尊对工作退缩行为(工作心理退缩、工作行为退缩)具有显著的负向影响作用;2.自尊对消极情绪具有显著的负向影响作用;3.消极情绪对工作退缩行为(工作心理退缩、工作行为退缩)具有显著的正向影响作用;4.消极情绪在自尊与工作退缩行为之间起部分中介作用。关键词:自尊;消极情绪;工作退缩行为;工厂车间员工I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractThis study takes self-esteem as an independent variable, job withdrawal behavior as a dependent variable, and negative emotion as an intermediary variable to explore the influence of self-esteem on job withdrawal behavior under the influence of negative emotion. And through the same time,the mediating effect of negative emotion between self-esteem and job withdrawal behavior will be further examined. By using questionnaires to collect the data, 732 valid questionnaires were collected from two local factories’employees who were mainly three types: operation, quality inspection and management.These employees worked in J and H electronic parts processing and manufacturing factories separately in Daling,Shunde District,Foshan City.And in the statistical stage,spss.26.0 software was used for data preprocessing,bootstrap detecting,regression analysing, correlation analysing,the descriptive statistic analysing,and knowing the related reliability and validity.Af...
