北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文自我概念、自我效能感与就业压力的关系研究——以北京理工大学珠海学院学生为例摘 要本研究为了解自我概念、自我效能感与就业压力之间的关系,采取线上问卷调查的方式收集了来自北京理工大学珠海学院学生的 208 份有效问卷,并通过 spss 对问卷数据进行样本描述性统计、相关性分析和回归分析等一系列分析,得出以下结论:自我概念对自我效能感有显著的正向影响;自我概念对就业压力有显著的负向影响;自我效能感对就业压力有显著的负向影响;自我效能感在自我概念与就业压力之间起部分中介作用。关键词:自我概念;自我效能感;就业压力I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractIn order to explore the relationship among college students' self-concept, self-efficacy and employment pressure, this study collected 208 valid questionnaires from Zhuhai college students of Beijing university of science and technology through online questionnaire survey, and conducted a series of analysis on the questionnaire data through spss, such as sample descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The following conclusions were drawn: self-concept has significant positive impact on self-efficacy; Self-concept has a significant negative impact on employment pressure. Self-efficacy has a significant negative impact on employment pressure.
