内容 摘要自驾游目前已经成为社会各领域休闲娱乐的主要形式，对自驾游的服务体系进行完善，是保证自驾游活动得到更高质量服务支持的关键。本文首先针对自驾游活动的特点，对自驾游服务体系的基础性理论进行了研究分析，并对国内外理论研究的现状进行了分析。从自驾游服务体系的基础特点出发，对自驾游服务体系的概念和基础性理论进行了总结分析，并从服务质量理论、公共产品理论和公共选择理论等方面，对自驾游活动进行了理论基础的总结。此外，还针对自驾游活动的特点，对自驾游服务体系的建设目标进行了总结，为高效化个性化自驾游服务体系的建设创造了有利的基础条件。针对自驾游服务体系的原则特点，对市场需求因素和经济效益因素进行了全面的总结，使得自驾游服务体系的优化可以在原则性因素的支持下得到必要的优化处置。结合自驾游服务体系的内容，从多个方面，对自驾游服务体系建设存在的不足进行了研究，以长沙市为例，从服务体系建设意识和规划设计质量等多个方面，对自驾游服务体系建设工作存在的不足进行了总结分析，并从提高认识和建立资金保障机制等方面，制定了与自驾游相关的服务机制优化措施，针对具体存在的问题执行了工作的优化处理策略，对有效地提升自驾游服务体系的综合性建设质量，具有十分积极的意义。关键词自驾游；服务体系；长沙；ABSTRACTSelf-driving travel has become the main form of leisure and entertainment in various fields of society.
