北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计珠海市明日电镀厂废气处理设施设计珠海市明日电镀厂废气处理设施设计摘 要本设计的研究对象是位于广东省珠海市金湾区的珠海市明日电镀有限公司生产的工业废气,该公司有镀铜和镀铬两条加工线,主要产生的废气有电镀过程中产生的氯化氢废气和铬酸废气、抛光过程中产生的粉尘废气以及喷涂过程中产生的挥发性有机废气针对这些废气的特点和实际需求,为该公司设计了一套经济高效的废气处理系统。本设计的废气量为 30000m3/h,由于各废气之间性质差异大,因此采用分开处理的方法治理,氯化氢废气以水为吸收剂,采用吸收法处理;铬酸废气采用酸雾净化器处理;粉尘采用袋式除尘器处理;挥发性有机废主要成分为甲苯和笨,采用活性炭吸附装置处理,处理后的废气均满足广东省《大气污染物排放限值》(DB44/27-2001)第二时段二级标准和《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)较严者中大气污染物排放限值。关键词:电镀;氯化氢;挥发性有机废气;活性炭吸附北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Engineering Design of Exhaust Gas Treatment Produced by Zhuhai Ming Ri electroplating limited companyAbstractThe research object of this design is the industrial waste gas produced by Zhuhai Ming Ri electroplating limited company, which is located in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. The company has two processing lines of copper plating and chromium plating. The main waste gas produced is hydrogen chloride waste gas and chromic acid waste gas produced in the electroplating process, dust waste gas produced in the polishing process and volatile organic waste gas produced in the spraying process.
