题 目 大 学 毕 业 生 就 业 保 障 意 识调 查 摘 要随 着 我 国 经 济 社 会 的 转 型 、 就 业 机 制 的 变革 、 高 校 的 连 年 扩 招 ， 大 学 生 的 就 业 难 问 题日 益 凸 显 ， 在 一 定 程 度 上 成 为 社 会 各 界 共 同关 注 的 热 点 、 焦 点 ， 而 这 一 问 题 的 解 决 将 关系 到 高 等 教 育 的 健 康 发 展 、 人 才 强 国 战 略 的实 施 、 落 实 科 学 发 展 观 和 和 谐 社 会 的 构 建 等 ，是 关 乎 于 广 大 人 民 群 众 切 身 利 益 、 全 面 建 设小 康 社 会 及 实 现 社 会 主 义 现 代 化 的 综 合 性 问题 。 因 此 ， 选 择 以 构 建 大 学 生 就 业 保 障 体 系为 主 题 进 行 研 究 对 于 丰 富 大 学 生 就 业 理 论 和指 导 大 学 生 就 业 实 践 具 有 重 要 的 理 论 和 实 际意 义 。本 文 首 先 对 大 学 生 就 业 保 障 意 识 的 现 状 进行 了 阐 述 ， 其 次 分 析 探 讨 了 大 学 生 就 业 保 障意 识 存 在 的 不 足 ， 最 后 针 对 这 些 不 足 提 出 了大 学 生 就 业 保 障 意 识 的 建 议 。关 键 词 ： 就 业 ; 保 障 意 识 ; 调 查Abstract Along with China's economic and social transition, the employment mechanism transformation, college enrollment expansion, the difficult employment problem of college students has become increasingly prominent, to a certain extent become a community focus, and the solution to this problem will affect the healthy development of higher education, the strategy of talent powerful nation, the implementation of scientific development view and the construction of harmonious society, which are related to the vital interests of the people, the comprehensive construction well-off society and realization of socialist modernization of the integrated problem.
