摘要城市社区是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物，城市社区自治是社会发展过程中，为实现城市社区品质的提升而采取的居民自我治理的方式。社区的安定团结关系着整个国家的稳定，社区的精神文明发展水平是整个社会发展的缩影。现在我国居民的民主法律意识明显提高，社区居民参与社区管理的积极性和水平都会有很大提高。业主委员会是体现社区居民自治的一个重要的自治组织，为社区居民进行自治管理提供一个科学合理的平台，但是现在业委会自治方面还存在的法律法规还不完善等问题，使之不能很好的发挥社区自治的功能，本文主张完善业委会制度，从他治到自治，培养社区居民的自治意识，加强职业化和专业化的社区工作者队伍建设，强化政府在城市社区自治中的推动作用，实现城市社区自治与社会控制的统一，追求善治和实现。关键词：社区自治 业主委员会 自治组织 制度从我国城市社区自治论业主委员会的制度完善Abstract City community is the social economy develops to a certain stage of the inevitable product, city community autonomy is the process of social development, for the realization of city community and enhance the quality of residents' self governance by.
