当前企业招聘经理任职资格分析摘 要以江苏省一百家企业招聘经理的招聘简章为研究对象,借助 NVivo11.0 软件、利用扎根理论的质性研究方法,分析了当前江苏省企业招聘经理任职资格,探讨了当前企业对招聘经理职位的任职要求。结果显示:(1)招聘经理的任职资格包含了企业要求的求职者的内在特征与外在特征。(2)招聘经理任职资格的主要因素有 9 个,分别是一般能力、工作时间经验、专业、特殊能力、最低学历、行业工作经历、专业知识、责任心以及合作意识。关键词 招聘经理;任职资格;扎根理论;NVivo11; IAnalysis of qualifications for current corporate hiring managerAbstractA grounded theory study of one hundred hiring Manager's recruitment brochures in Jiangsu Province as subjects has been carried out based on NVivo11.0 Software.
