摘 要在经济发展新常态下，我国建筑行业发展迅速，但是就我国目前的情况来看建筑工程施工阶段成本控制仍然存在许多问题，导致成本控制不理想，所以应该重点关注施工阶段的成本控制。本文分析目前我国建设工程项目在施工阶段成本控制中存在的问题，结合我国目前建筑工程项目施工阶段成本控制现状，提出优化成本控制的建议，为施工单位更好的控制工程项目的施工阶段成本提供参考和依据。关键词：成本控制； 建筑工程； 问题； 建议 AbstractIn the economic development of the new normal, China's construction industry is developing rapidly, but China's current situation of our country, the construction stage of cost control and there are still many problems, resulting in cost control is not ideal, so we should focus on the cost control of construction stage.
