单车电商模式目标城市筛选模式分析以摩拜单车和共享单车为例 内容摘要: 共享单车是整合了城市土地资源、交通资源、经济发展资源等于一体的共享经济产物。共享单车更是引领起一股现代人出行的新潮方式,因此,对其进行研究具有一定的社会价值和经济价值。本文从共享经济、车辆租赁、摩拜单车与共享单车公司现状等概念性问题入手,旨在简单对单车电商的出现、实现等进行初步分析。其次,结合单车产品在各大城市的运行状况对城市规模与产品投放数量客户体验分析等进行分析,并运用了 SWOT 分析法对该类单车产品进行全面的解析。文中运用了实证分析法,对比单车电商目标城市,即:三亚、昆明、厦门三大城市中共享单车模式实行的现状与城市发展之间的关系。最后结合共享单车潜在的问题,提出建议。关键词:单车电商模式;目标城市筛选模式;摩拜单车;共享单车 Abstract: Shared bicycles are integrated economic products that integrate urban land resources, transportation resources, and economic development resources. Sharing the bike is to lead a modern way of travel trend, therefore, its research has a certain social value and economic value. This paper starts with the conceptual issues such as sharing economy, vehicle leasing, motorcyclist and cycling company, and aims at making a preliminary analysis of the emergence and realization of cycling. Secondly, combined with the cycling products in the operation of the major cities on the city scale and product delivery number; customer experience analysis and analysis, and the use of SWOT analysis of this type of bicycle products for a comprehensive analysis. In this paper, the empirical analysis method is used to compare the current situation of the cycling model and the relationship between urban development in the three cities of Sanya, Kunming and Xiamen.
