项目风险管理在丽华国际建筑项目中的应用Application of Project Risk Management in the Li Hua Internation Construction Project 专 业： 项目管理 准考证号： 姓 名： 董 指导教师： 7 月 20 日摘 要由于建筑工程具有规模大、周期长、露天作业多、建筑物与地质环境关系亲密及外部联络广泛等特点，加上建筑物构造在整个施工过程中处在最微弱状态，因此，在项目运行过程中存在着许多不确定的原因,比一般产品生产具有更大的风险，因此进行风险管理就尤为重要。相对国外而言,我国对项目风险管理的研究起步较晚，在该领域的理论探索和应用研究目前仍然不够成熟，还存在某些急需弥补的研究空白。本文以建筑工程项目作为研究对象，综合采用了文献总结与专家访谈结合、定性分析与定量分析结合法、规范分析与实证分析结合的措施，针对建筑工程项目总结出风险管理的基本流程。从风险识别、风险评价、风险应对等角度，对风险管理过程进行了深入研究，系统地识别出建筑工程项目的风险原因，并对它们分别进行分析和评价，并提出了详细的应对和监控措施。本文以丽华国际高档小区住宅建筑项目为案例研究对象，通过翻阅大量的文献资料，重要采用头脑风暴法和风险调查法进行了项目的风险识别，采用现场资料的搜集调查及专家经验打分法相结合的方式进行了该项目的风险评价，从而验证了本文研究的合理性和实用性，给同类项目的风险管理及分析评价提供一定的指导。关键词：建筑项目，风险管理，风险识别，风险评价AbstractDue to its characteristics with large scale, long period ,more open-air work, close relations with geologic environment, widespread external relations, plus weakest buildings structure state during the whole constructing progress, constructional engineering projects have many uncertain factors and much greater risk than common projects.
