我国跨境电商发展问题与对策研究摘要跨境电商作为创新化的一类商务发展路径,在互联网时代以势不可挡的姿态迸发出新的经济增长点,一跃成为我国电商界最热门的词。目前,我国在全球电子商务阵营中位居前列,现已形成 B2B、B2C、C2C 等在内的多种商业模式,国内商业格局初步稳定。在此类背景下,本文的研究对象为我国的跨境电商行业,在综合研究后指出其在发展不同阶段面临的瓶颈因素,总结出制约我国跨境电商进一步发展的因素为通关效率低、专业人才匮乏、物流、政策法规滞后以及同质化竞争等几个方面,并针对性地提出相关的改善建议措施。同时,也希望通过该篇论文能够带动更多的专家学者对这个论题投入关注及研究,吸引更多的人为推动我国跨境电商事业出谋划策,以期实现贸易强国梦。关键词:中国;跨境电子商务;发展现状;问题;对策Research on the Issues and Solution of China’s Cross-border E-commerceAbstractCross-border e-commerce is a new economic growth point of the internet era as the path of innovational business development and has brought new opportunities and challenges for China’s foreign trade.It also caused the extensive concern of all circles of the society. At present, our country is in the forefront in the global electronic commerce camp and China’s cross-border e-commerce has sprung up with a variety of business models such as B2B, B2C and C2C. Although China’s macro environment for cross-border e-commerce development is increasingly mature, the low efficiency of clearance process, lack of professionals, lag of logistics and policies and regulations and other issues remain to be resolved. Under such background, this article will focus on the status of cross-border e-commerce, analyses the existing main problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and methods betterment.
