摘要目前,我国青少年罪错问题是一个严重的社会问题,对青少年罪错行为的矫治,不论是学术界还是实践领域都付出了巨大的努力。厘清“青少年罪错”的概念,有助于正确认识青少年罪错与其他犯罪的本质区别,有利于开展青少年问题的解决与矫治,体现着现代法治理念。西方国家从世纪开始就对青少年罪错行为的矫治进行了持续的探索,这其中对我国青少年罪错行为矫治有许多启示之处。在我国,青少年罪错行为矫治也在建国后历经了探索、初创、起步、调整、深化五个主要阶段。但是 ,我国青少年罪错行为矫治在法制教育、思想品德教育、文化知识、职业技能教育、心理咨询、疏导与矫治、实践活动中的改造、学术研究等方面依然一些亚待解决的的问题。关键词：青少年；青少年犯罪；犯罪心理AbstractAt present, the juvenile offender problem in our country is a serious social problem.
