摘要当前学前教育事业迅速发展,幼儿教师也随之成为了一个庞大的职业群体,越来越多的人选择幼儿教师这个行业导致幼儿园中出现了一大批非学前教育专业的幼儿教师,当前幼儿教师能否胜任相关职业也成为了问题。根据当前的社会形势,教育已然成为一个国家的重要组成部分。社会上越来越多的人渐渐开始意识到教育的重大意义,同时更加关注基础教育的重要作用。一个幼教工作者,就需要自己关注自己的专业素质发展。本研究通过对非学前教育幼儿教师专业化发展的调查与访谈等方法,对非学前教育幼儿教师的职业道德、专业能力、知识结构、专业成长方面发现当前非学前教育幼儿教师专业化发展还存在职业尊重需求难满足、自我实现需要受限制、专业化发展的动力不足等问题,影响非学前教育幼儿教师专业化发展的提高等问题。针对这些问题,本文也提出了一些解决方法,希望对幼儿教师专业化发展的问题有一定的帮助。关键词:非学前专业;幼儿教师;专业发展;研究状况 Research on the Professional Development of Preschool Teachers Majoring in Non-preschool EducationAbstractWith the rapid development of preschool education, preschool teachers have become a huge professional group.
