摘 要人工智能是研究和开发用于模拟、延伸和拓展人类智能的理论、方法、技术以及应用系统的一门技术科学。近年来，在国家的大力支持和推进下，人工智能将成为提升国家治理能力的有效手段 。人工智能优化了人们对事物认识、分析和决策的方式，以模型建立为基础，分析规模数据，有助于提高目标分析判断的客观性和科学性，也推动技术和社会应用领域的创新。在人工智能的应用方面 ，大数据、人工智能等技术已经在许多产业领域获得突破，吸引资本和实业加大相关领域的投入、研发和产业布局。论文使用数据分析法，通过对数据的收集，样本的描述和分析，进行相关数据的分析，从数据分析的结果中得出人工智能技术在物流运输管理应用过程中出现的问题，认为人工智能技术在物流运输管理应用过程中存在物流流程钝化、相关行政权力缺乏合法性和合理性以及技术发展落后等问题，并针对问题进行分析说明。结合文献研究和数据分析结果，论文最后针对研究问题提出了完善物流运输管理中的人工智能技术的方案，认为物流运输应高度重视人工智能时代的到来，抓住机遇迎接挑战，完善物流数据、优化流程并重视人工智能技术人才的引进。本文对人工智能技术的普及，物流运输管理模式的创新具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。关键词：人工智能；物流运输管理；实际应用Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) is a technical science that studies and develops theories, methods, technologies and application systems for simulating, extending and expanding human intelligence.
