摘 要饮料是指那些使用寿命较短、消费速度较快的消费品,是目前市场上竞争比较剧烈的产品,跟其他产品相比较饮料等快速消费品是一个独特的相对完整和富有特征的领域。时至今日,快速消费品行业已经开展成为全球第一大产业。而作为“第三利润源泉〞的物流管理对企业效益及本钱控制的奉献也被人们不断的挖掘,其中占有较大份额的销售物流也成为大家关注的焦点。在销售物流管理中,供给商的选择是一个非常重要的环节。首先对快速消费品销售物流效劳及供给商的相关理论知识进行介绍,针对饮料销售物流效劳供给商选择现状及存在的问题,通过搜集的数据,构建供给商选择指标体系,运用层次分析法选择最优供给商。提出供给商选择的可行措施,从而解决企业的供给商选择中存在的问题。 关键词:快速消费品;供给商选择;层次分析法AbstractBeverage refers to those products which are short service life and consumer fast. Today, the fast moving consumer goods industry has become the world's largest industry. As "the third profit source", the contribute of the logistics management for business efficiency and cost control has been continuous mining, and which account for a large share of the sale logistics has become the focus of attention.In the sales logistics management, provider selection and evaluation is a very important link. This paper first describes the fast moving consumer goods sales logistics service and suppliers related theoretical knowledge, in view of the beverage sales logistics service suppliers selection present situation and the existing problems through data collected, set index system for supplier selection and using the analytic hierarchy process to select the most excellent suppliers.
