摘 要随着现代物流的迅速开展，现代粮食物流也迅速开展起来，港口作为现代交通运输的枢纽，在现代粮食物流开展中的作用日益突出。锦州港作为环渤海地区重要的港口之一，作为“北粮南运〞中的黄金水道，在我国粮食流通与国际粮食贸易中发挥着重要的作用，加快开展锦州港粮食物流，对推动我国粮食流通、促进国民经济开展、以及促进对外贸易的开展都具有积极的作用。论文通过查阅大量文献资料，对粮食物流的国内外讨论现状进行了总结，并归纳出了港口物流特点、港口物流功能以及粮食物流概念、特点、功能等物流相关理论知识。并且，通过对锦州港进行调研，对锦州港粮食物流开展现状、以及辽宁省其他港口的粮食物流开展现状进行了总结，并从自然条件、地理位置、仓储能力、泊位能力以及主要机械和散粮专用车情况五个方面进行了详细分析，进而应用 SWOT 战略分析方法，详细分析了锦州港粮食物流开展的优势、劣势、时机和威胁，并根据分析结果提出了锦州港粮食物流的开展对策建议，旨在为企业粮食物流管理提供参考。关键词：锦州港；粮食物流；行业分析；SWOT 分析；开展对策 AbstractWith the rapid development of modern logistics, modern grain logistics has developed rapidly, the port as a modern transportation hub, its role in the development increasingly prominent in the modern grain logistics.
