Solar energy, as a green and clean energy source, has gradually become one of the focuses of people's attention. Amorphous silicon solar cells, as an important part of solar cells, have been widely studied and applied due to their high conversion efficiency and good weather resistance. This paper mainly studies the properties and applications of the transparent conductive layer and intrinsic amorphous silicon layer in amorphous silicon solar cells. Firstly, the structure and characteristics of amorphous silicon solar cells are introduced, and then the working principle and preparation methods of transparent conductive layer and intrinsic amorphous silicon layer are expounded, and the key technologies involved are elaborated and analyzed in detail.
