Firstly, the PRRSV-ORF5 gene and Mycobacterium tuberculosis HSP70 gene were connected by PCR technology. Secondly, the connected gene fragments were cloned into the expression vector, and after a series of steps such as cell culture, protein expression, purification, and identification, the fusion protein was finally obtained. Finally, the immune protection test was carried out on the fusion protein to explore its protective effect on PRRSV.
