I二胎政策下珠三角地区 80 后女性职场压力的现状及对策研究内 容 摘 要为适应我国老龄化不断加重的问题,我国政府对已经实行长达四十多年的计划生育政策做出调整,决定由 2016 年 1 月 1 日起实施全面二胎政策。本文阐释了实行全面二胎政策后珠三角地区 80 后女性职场压力的现状,通过问卷调查法和访谈法收集有效信息进行分析。根据调查显示,女性在生养子女上肩负不可推卸的责任,而且还要追求职业目标;显然,生养子女等事件会对女性职业发展产生深远影响。因此,要缓和生产对女性的作用,就要积极探索促进妇女职业发展的对策和建议,正确理解生育女性在职业发展中所面临的困境,促进女性职业能力开发。本研究运用文献法,问卷调查法,访谈法,收集分析 80 后女性在职业发展的过程所遇到的各种状况。通过研究发现,发现女性的职业发展和职场压力最主要来源在于社会、用工单位和个人自身的因素。以社会角度来看,配套政策相对滞后;用工单位层面,管理理念落后;个人层面,认知局限。本文通过探究解决以上问题给出的相关的建议包括社会层面,完善生育保险制度、落实女职工权益保障、发展托幼和家政服务、建设社会风气;用工单位层面,增强人文关怀、增加职业激励;个人层面,制定职业规划、树立正确的就业观念。关键词:全面二胎政策;女性就业;职业发展IITwo-child Policy Under the Pearl River Delta Region after 80 Female Present Situation and Countermeasure Research of Workplace StressAbstractIn order to adapt to the increasing problem of China's aging, the Chinese government has adjusted the birth policy that has been implemented for more than 40 years, and decided to implement a comprehensive two-child policy from January 1, 2016.
